Editorial policy
This page explains the standards behind everything we publish. We hold ourselves to it so you can trust what you read here.
Sourcing
We build our guides on primary sources: peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, and guidance from recognized health institutions. We link directly to those sources rather than citing other blogs, and we favor the strongest available evidence over a single eye-catching study.
Accuracy and honesty
Health science is often unsettled. When the evidence is mixed or early, we say so instead of overstating it. We do not use miracle language, and we do not claim that any food, habit, or supplement cures or treats a medical condition.
Review and updates
Every article is edited before it is published. We revisit guides as new research appears and update the date at the top when we make a meaningful change. As we add credentialed reviewers, articles they review will carry a visible "reviewed by" line with the reviewer's name and credential.
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Focus Daily is supported in part by affiliate commissions. Some links to products earn us a commission if you buy, at no additional cost to you. We mark those recommendations clearly, we only make them when they fit the topic, and a commission never changes our assessment. Your purchase is with the third-party seller under their own terms.
As an Amazon Associate, Focus Daily earns from qualifying purchases.
Medical disclaimer
Our content is for general education and is not medical advice. It cannot diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If brain fog is sudden, severe, or paired with other symptoms, please see a clinician.
