Focus Daily

About Focus Daily

Focus Daily is an independent publisher covering focus, brain fog, and everyday mental clarity. We are here for the ordinary version of the problem: the afternoon your brain will not cooperate, the week you cannot hold a thought, the nagging sense that you used to think faster.

Our approach

We start with real questions people ask, then answer them the way a well-read friend would: get to the point, show the evidence, and be honest about what is still unknown. Our guides draw on peer-reviewed studies and public health institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic and the National Institutes of Health, and we link every meaningful claim to its source so you can check it yourself.

Who writes this

Articles are written and edited by the Focus Daily editorial team. We are writers and researchers, not physicians. When an article touches on medical questions, we say plainly what the research shows and where its limits are, and we point you to a clinician for anything specific to your health. As the site grows we plan to add named expert reviewers, and we will credit them by name and credential on the articles they review.

How we make money

Some of our articles recommend products, and when they do, those links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we write. We recommend a product only when it fits the topic, we always disclose the relationship, and we put the free fundamentals, sleep, water, movement, first, because those matter more than anything you can buy. For the full rules we hold ourselves to, see our editorial policy.
